Description
Located on 40 acres near Detroit's east side, the historic Packard Automotive Plant once manufactured luxury automobiles by the Packard Motor Car Company. When the plant opened in 1903, it was considered the most modern automobile manufacturing facility in the world. Closed in 1958, yet occupied by other businesses until 2010, the abandoned plant has become a haven for graffiti artists and urban explorers alike.
