The Renaissance Center (nicknamed the RenCen) is a group of seven#interconnected skyscrapers in Detroit, MI intended to revitalize the economy#of the city. Located along the riverfront, the complex is also the world headquarters#of General Motors. The central tower, the Detroit Marriott, is the second tallest all-hotel skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere and has been the tallest building in Michigan since it was erected in 1977.
