3. Limit one entry per week. Multiple entry attempts in the same week will disqualify all entries.

5. Giveaway starts Tuesday, September 10, 2024, 12:01am and ends Sunday, September 15, 2024 at 11:59pm.
6. One winner will be selected by a random drawing from all entries received.
7. Winner will receive one (1) First Day of Issue postcard shown in this week's newsletter.
8. Winner will be notified by email.
