State Street Marshall Field's Clock Postcard

The northwest and southwest corners of the former Marshall Field & Co. flagship building along State Street in Chicago are each adorned with an enormous iconic clock. Marshall Field envisioned the clocks as a beacon for his store — which he viewed as a popular meeting place for the people of Chicago.
